I installed xubuntu today [21:01] I'm familiar with "community" discussion boards but this appears to be something different [21:02] xu-help63w, congrats! [21:02] and [21:02] !welcome [21:02] Hello and welcome to #xubuntu! Feel free to ask questions or help others. If you'd like to chit-chat, please visit #xubuntu-offtopic and for developer discussion, see #xubuntu-devel :) [21:06] I'm running xubuntu on a raspberry pi 4 4GB. My bluetooth keyboard does not autoconnect after a reboot. I have to manually connect it each time. This was not the case when I was on raspbian. The keyboard is a Logitech K380. [21:09] xu-help63w, maybe you need to set it as trusted? [21:13] I thought the same thing... I had already set it to "trusted" === brainwash_ is now known as brainwash === ahayzen_ is now known as ahayzen [23:05] Glad I found this channel. Since installing Xubuntu 18.04 on my PC, I have had a number of issues I seem completely unable to resolve on my own. [23:06] The first is that the audio/headphone jacks on my PC simply don't work. I got them working last night (somehow, I can't seem to find how I did it), so I verified everything is plugged in correctly. I have tried purging and reinstalling pulseaudio and ALSA, which has done nothing. [23:08] alsamixer does not save my settings regardless of whether i enter "alsactl store" with sudo su privileges in a seperate terminal window. [23:09] Additionally, I'm having this message appear when using "sudo apt upgrade" [23:09] W: Possible missing firmware /lib/firmware/rtl_nic/rtl8125a-3.fw for module r8169W: Possible missing firmware /lib/firmware/rtl_nic/rtl8168fp-3.fw for module r8169eleanor [23:10] I appreciate anyone who can help me out. Pulling my hair out. [23:23] hello. I was just in here asking questions about audio and other features of xubuntu not working. I had to reboot my PC as I discovered that cpu-intensive applications (a specific game) is running at 20fps as opposed to the 60fps it was running at last night. I verified in the BIOS that the CPU is installed and detected by the system, and that it [23:23] is running at a safe operating temperature.
