[11:11] Anacron fails to shut down, causing a 1.5 minute shutdown time [11:12] Doesn't say anything, there's nothing interesting in the journal [11:13] Anacron says "anacron[447928]: Received SIGUSR1" at the same time as systemd says "systemd[1]: Stopping Run anacron jobs...", then 1.5 minutes later, "systemd[1]: anacron.service: State 'stop-sigterm' timed out. Killing." [11:13] I can't help but feel that something's fundamentally broken with this whole approach to init tbh, I don't think I've ever had a version of a linux distro, Ubuntu or otherwise, which hasn't occasionally failed to shut down properly
