[03:43] <vijayendra> There is a cycle of NetworkManager trying to autoactivate the profile, and failing and retrying. Of course,
[03:43] <vijayendra> the IP address thereby gets added and removed again. Fix either your configuration or your network (depending on your circumstances).
[03:44] <vijayendra> rharper,  do you think cloudinit should explicitly set IPV6_AUTOCONF=no for all static configuration?
