[01:02] Does anyone have System Settings -> Application Style -> GTK [06:30] @ahoneybun, It is now just a button at the bottom of application style [13:40] Can you take a picture? [13:42] (Photo, 1064x778) https://irc-attachments.kde.org/KEaf4ajt/file_38251.jpg [13:43] Nice 😁 [13:56] I don't have that on arch lol [14:28] Ah see stick with Kubuntu, that way you get all the things [15:46] (Document) https://irc-attachments.kde.org/EXTc1k8g/file_38255.mp4 [16:01] But Arch gets them faster TM [16:04] Sometimes the problem is that Arch gets them faster in their repos, but sometimes you need to know which packages to add to get that functionality (one example in my case the Printer config in System Settings). [16:06] I think most Kubuntu users are willing to suffer the 'bloat' of having printer settings installed by default. [16:08] Unless you don't own a printer lol [16:34] Which is why on Arch you have to add the printer configuration yourself. You only add what you know you need. The problem is that it is sometimes hard to know what you need (even even to ask the question well enough to elicit a response on the Arch Forums). That is why there is room for both Arch and Kubuntu (back to my earlier comment on rolling and release-based distros). [16:46] Yea I think both should exist. [18:45] @rikmills how do you draw that nifty red arrow on your screenie? [18:51] It may be flameshot [18:54] (Photo, 1280x720) https://irc-attachments.kde.org/rWVfdUYD/file_38265.jpg [19:01] thanks, ahoneybun [19:01] flameshot looks pretty cool [19:26] but I can't get it to *start* [19:26] not from gui, krunner or yakuake [19:27] it installed without a problem [19:30] oh well, spectacle at least works [19:30] I very much the stuff that flameshot does tho [21:15] valorie: is was shutter, which is only snap on most now [21:16] flameshot starts on groovy, but may be out of date and buggy on other releases [21:17] I'm on groovy but it just didn't start -- no errors [21:17] I'll try shutter maybe [21:18] weird flameshot starts ok here. I made especially sure to keep syncing the bugfix updates from debian, even after grrovy freezes === acheronuk is now known as RikMills [21:20] silly bouncer still has my old IRC nick [21:48] silly me, it had an icon [21:48] in the middle of a meeting rn [21:58] now I can play with it [21:58] cool
