[04:59] viewer|88, yes [05:16] diogenes_ - thanks. I have a laptop, screen is not owrking, but have had Kubuntu 19.10 running okay on it with an external monitor. So, trying 20.04.1 - used "mkusb" to create a live boot from the ISO, but the install doesn't give me the 'install' link on the desktop, until I drop down to terminal, run 'startx' and then login. But the desktop file [05:16] that runs the install seems to run for about 10 seconds and then does nothing ?? === dylan is now known as Guest83239 [05:18] hello [05:18] I think having the external monitor and the laptop screen not working is causing problems, but not sure ?
