slyonhola1: netplan supports multiple tunnel protocols (https://netplan.io/reference/#properties-for-device-type-tunnels%3A) but as far as I can tell IPsec/vpnc is none of them. There is Wireguard, if that might be an alternative? Otherwise you could setup the network iself and then use the "vpnc" client itself to setup the VP16:54
