=== kubuntu is now known as Guest85213 [00:40] @Razathorn, Thanks for reporting back. I had no clue how to advise. [00:50] My only feedback is that SDDM gave me *nothing* to go on. It didn't even appear to launch X (I tried breaking the config so X would fail) but I had nothing but trial and error to crack this nut. [00:50] Still unsure as to how SDDM was even determining this, lol. === qwe is now known as qwe_ [01:23] JDK2387 was added by: JDK2387 === Lord_of_Life_ is now known as Lord_of_Life === __zxq9__ is now known as zxq9 === ny is now known as Guest4514 [11:13] colombo IIVARI was added by: colombo IIVARI [12:35] Hiyas all [12:40] Hi [13:55] hello, does anyone have a laptop [13:55] hello, does anyone have a laptop [13:55] Hallo, does anyone have a laptop MSI GF75 0017F3 got the integrated webcam working? === geert_ is now known as C3PQ [14:54] @user|36581, I have a laptop but it's not a msi [16:25] hi [16:32] hi [17:00] Cir@ was added by: Cir@ [17:01] 👋😃 [18:42] Has anyone experienced issues with sound in 20.10? For instance I had to remove pipewire to fix auto-switch failures to my plantronic headset. One issue I have yet to solve is the sound level of my USB speakers, they are "capped" at aobut 50% compared to 20.04 and std Ubuntu 20.10. [18:43] Neither 20.04 nor Ubuntu 20.10 requires setting the overdirve to hit higher volumes. When I enable overdrive, the sound quality suffers near max volume. [19:01] hoii === Lord_of_Life_ is now known as Lord_of_Life [19:44] I fixed the capped sound issue via alsamixer: use f6 to select Audioengine 2+, use arrow keys to set max volume-high quality sound at high volume is now possible again. YES! [19:45] niiiiiice [19:46] fuck the fucking shit man :D [19:51] Hello, i'm new to linux and i'm using kubuntu... i would like to ask how can unhidde hidden apps, thanks! [20:02] @digit_, Not sure what you mean by hidden apps. File managers (dolphin had show/hide "hidden" files). Some apps are not shown on the KDE menu but can be added manually. === kubuntu is now known as Guest18897 === e5560 is now known as e5560_ === kubuntu is now known as Guest15379 === Guest15379 is now known as johnsilver === rodrigo_ is now known as xet === xet is now known as xetdo === xetdo is now known as xetado === xetado is now known as xet === xet is now known as b === b is now known as xet [22:27] Hello.
