I also hope Valve is working on another HL title, but they're terrible at maintaining any kind of velocity. [10:05] degville, yeah, the ending of HL:A made me really hopeful that they are not going for a 2030 release date [10:05] I think there are more titles like alyx needed to make VR kick off but I don't see momentum there really, more indie than not [10:11] zyga: yeah. It may happen via social, especially in these times - VRChat has become very popular apparently because its immersion is compelling for social interaction. But it would still need a few things to align first. [10:11] zyga: I still enjoy it hugely when I have time. Hoping to play some Elite Dangerous with my daughter over xmas (we still have the old Vive along with the Index).
