[18:05] <rbasak> kanashiro: looking at docker.io in Xenial, it looks like 18.09.7-0ubuntu1~16.04.7 got released to xenial-updates without your autopkgtest fix in 18.09.7-0ubuntu1~16.04.8. So accepting your upload as-is would cause users to download/upgrade it again unnecessarily, unfortunately. But a test fix is good and we shouldn't throw that away.
