[02:18] <sarnold> you can do that -- I did something similar to get my laptop working, I wanted zfs, and at the time it required a more complicated installation method
[02:18] <monkwitdafunk> i forget which filesystem sees multiple drives as one drive
[02:18] <sarnold> but it's not nearly as easy as picking one of the flavours that is close enough to your tastes and installing that

[02:21] <monkwitdafunk> i feel a little paranoid about windows popping up in ubuntu desktop asking for passwd

[02:36] <monkwitdafunk> so does that mean the solution to be freed from that particular paranoia is to use ubuntu server?
