[14:52] <Xeroine> Hello, I downloaded Focal Fossa LTS release 20.04 and wrote the .iso file using dd but it doesn't boot for some reason. I've triple checked secure boot is disabled, changed boot order, etc. I think everything should be correctly configured in the UEFI firmware settings but it just doesn't boot. can anyone help?

How can she find the MAC address of her wlan interface without any established connection? In the connection menu, the Connection Information is grayed out.
