[18:23] <krytarik> tomreyn: While I don't remember seeing flipping of +r for a good while now, I believe it's still only for clearing out -unregged every once in a while, and it doesn't last much longer than it takes Drone to kick or remove everybody from the latter - the idea of this is to possibly help some legit users into the main channel.
