[07:14] <guiverc> I realize `ubiquity` of other flavors can make decisions as to kernel which complicates things... and maybe that's key to why I can't find it... it's decided by ubiquity

[07:24] <guiverc> Ubuntu Server uses subiquity & defaults to GA like Lubuntu does.. maybe it is ubiquity that adds package (which makes sense given recent OEM kernel options that were added.. that led to need to replace it..)
