[02:17] <sinasaa> when I run `juju export-bundle` normally I can't see any bindings, but if I add `"":undefined` as a binding for the Octavia charm then the bindings appear in `juju export-bundle` for other charms as `"": alpha` even though the subnets are technically not in any network space (e.g `juju subnets` shows undefined not alpha)
