[16:12] <Eickmeyer[m]> Unkle Bonehead: apt dist-upgrade doesn't upgrade from one version to another, it simply adds/removes as necessary. The real command is do-release-upgrade, and yes, it will upgrade from 20.10 to 21.04 when the time comes.
