I expect we'll be able to assign a reviewer to your PR tomorrow but even when landed, it'll only show up in https://launchpad.net/~cloud-init-dev/+archive/ubuntu/daily until an official release into Ubuntu hirsute is performed

[21:34] <blackboxsw> yes even with commits landing in upstream cloud-init, each Linux distribution verifies and syncs changes from upstream at their own pace
[21:35] <blackboxsw> we provide test repos in copr and the daily ubuntu ppa to provide a mechanism for folks to test out the bits before they get published properly to a specific Linux distribution. But, yeah as Odd_Bloke mentioned, it'll take time for you to see that on your cloud or choice when launching instances
