What's the best resource for getting questions answered and getting support? [01:50] This forum here is a good place (and if people are slow to respond, your favorite search engine is often very helpful.) I have "Power key pressed." in my syslog multiple times while typing. also the screenshot app came up while i was using the arrow keys [17:29] not really sure how/where to report it [17:29] launchpad [17:29] or how to start troubleshooting it [17:30] since 21.04 is still in developement #ubuntu+1 would be the place to ask but there's not much activity in the channel torz [17:31] ah ok, i'll check that out [17:31] i'm not sure but probably report it against the kernel === UFFR is now known as UFFR_87 [18:04] Having an unusual recurring problem of my computer's keyboard suddenly stops working for no apparent reason. It happens at least once a month and is pretty random. Restarting the computer normally does not work, but it shows that this issue may be indicative of some deeper problem as it takes a very long time to restart (much longer than normal). In order to fix the issue, I have to force restart by holding the power button until [18:04] it turns off. [18:04] Running Kubuntu 20.04, KDE Plasma 5.18.5 [18:05] Mouse still works however [18:06] The OS is also stored on an external hard drive plugged in via USB, however, I do not believe this to be the cause of the issue. === ruimonteiro is now known as alf1975 === Lord_of_Life_ is now known as Lord_of_Life [20:04] hey all... new to Ubuntu... having issues getting sound from Razer Kraken headest.
