I have xubuntu installed, and want to get rid of x-windows. But when I use apt to remove xfce, it wants to install a load of ubuntu desktop packages instead. I assume there's some 'desktop' metapackage I need to remove, but which is it? [09:41] Update: it was just the notification daemon that was required [09:42] And when I tried to remove that, it wanted to install another one, which of course brought with it an entire other desktop [10:24] Does xubuntu 21.04 have wayland? [11:43] ndisgtk para xubuntu 20.04? [12:25] pikapika: i thought we talked about it before, only Ubuntu has wayland by default, the other desktop flavors still use Xorg because they aren't ready yet to work with wayland [12:26] Ok [12:26] also starting a live-cd in a VM to verify this, is easy enough [17:10] pmjdebruijn, what were you testing? [20:53] Hi. I once used bluetooth to copy a file to my phone and since then I'm getting a root password prompt when I log in, related to rfkill. How can I get rid of this prompt and enable bluetooth for good? I've tried adding myself to sudoers to run rfkill with nopasswd, but it didn't help. Any suggestion?
