luc4Hello! Is this guide https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeam/ARMKernelCrossCompile valid for raspberry pi ubuntu kernel? What target should I use in place of binary-omap4?10:31
xnoxluc4:  binary-<the suffix of debian.FLAVOUR> i think is the normal way, aka binary-raspi should work, no? (given that there should be debian.raspi/ folder is there)14:07
xnoxluc4:  and ensure you did run `fakeroot ./debian/rules clean` first.14:07
luc4xnox: I see. Thanks, I’ll try that!14:08
explodesHello! Where / how do I find out when a particular kernel version is to be integrated with a particular ubuntu version? Specifically looking at 5.11 for 20.0416:40
juerghexplodes, this? although it doesn't seem to be fully up-to-date https://ubuntu.com/about/release-cycle#ubuntu-kernel-release-cycle16:57
xnoxexplodes:  everything is a moving target. do you know which flavour you are after? generic, hwe, oem, aws, ..... ? cause you can look that up from launchpad publishing history for a particular flavour.17:53
xnoxexplodes:  linux (aka generic) is at 5.4 for 20.04. And most other flavours for 20.04 are not yet on 5.1117:54
explodesPerfect, thanks all20:53
