[14:27] <enyc> ubuntu 21.04 on asus x201e-netbook  (something like intel integrated graphics on core-i3 2nd-generation),  is experincing blackscreens  w/ ubuntu 21.04 and default 5.11 kernel including latest -proposed update version
[14:27] <enyc> workaround is "nomodeset"  but then get acceleration warning etc.
[14:28] <enyc> manually installing debian-provided kernel 5.10.0-6 LTS/bullseye kernel image package (no headers)  and booting with that works around issue

[14:30] <enyc> NB: System graphics working fine with  Mint 20.1 (20.04 lts based),  MX19.3 and MX21 testing (deb 10 and 11 based),  devuan chiamera (deb11 based)...  its' just the 21.04 test-install thats' not behaving with blackscreening X11!
