I wanted to install Ubuntu Server on this so that the root/boot drive was the m.2 and the home partition was on the HDD.  I can manage this part but I cannot figure out how to do it so that the entire thing is encrypted.  The installer offers to do encrypted LVM on one drive only so far as I can tell, or if

[11:45] <lordievader> Paddy_NI: Unless you want to go a full manual route (debootstrap), I think the easiest is to do the install on one drive first. And then afterwards modify the install to make use of the second drive.

[11:55] <lordievader> IIRC, the installer did lvm on luks. With a bit of fiddling you can get your init system to unlock both drives with entering a single passphrase.
