[10:07] <daftykins> well that was funny, that person i mentioned with the 7 Mb ISP results for broadband, they updated last night and suddenly have VDSL from a cabinet - so it must have indeed been solely about availability being maxxed out

[10:13] <daftykins> starting to look at TalkTalk's reputation and it seems like they might muck about with customer traffic through 'traffic management' which could have some impact 
[10:13] <zxmpi> of course, very hard to prove if they are sneaky enough
[10:15] <daftykins> although she did plug a cable in and life got better! so it may not matter anymore, will have to get more testing done
