[10:30] <rbasak> 300k seconds is less than half a week. Not too long on the timescale of some TCP connections that some might want not to vanish.
[11:00] <sveinse> rbasak: I can't see there is any TCP connection remaining if you've lost your former PD and route. I believe the ISP router won't know how to route the IP packages (I think).
