[14:58] Quick question, im getting connection timeout while trying to upload to ppa.launchpad.net via ftp [14:58] PaulC86: See the topic [14:58] Known issue, we have a ticket in with our sysadmins about it [14:59] But SFTP works [14:59] <3 tysm ! [17:58] FTP uploads should be fixed now === cjwatson changed the topic of #launchpad to: Help contact: tomwardill (09:00-18:00 UTC) | Launchpad is an open source project: https://dev.launchpad.net/ | This channel is logged: http://irclogs.ubuntu.com/ | User Guide https://help.launchpad.net/ | Support and spam reporting: https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad [19:28] cjwatson: great. thank you [22:11] I can't log in to launchpad. I get "Bad bot, go away! Request aborted." from ubuntu one [22:13] RikMills: have to direct you to the Ubuntu One people for that [22:13] where are they [22:14] RikMills: also try a different browser and/or check ad blocker configs etc. [22:14] RikMills: in general AIUI this happens when your browser incorrectly decides to autofill a hidden form element that's there to catch spammers [22:15] RikMills: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SSO/FAQs/BadBot [22:16] RikMills: otherwise if need be isd-support@canonical.com should reach the SSO folks [22:17] cjwatson: this started after I clicked on your https://portal.admin.canonical.com/C131923 link [22:18] that's internal, I wouldn't expect you to be able to reach that. But no particular reason it would have broken SSO [22:19] https://i.imgur.com/CR5Xe56.png [22:20] Yeah but it shouldn't actually show you anything useful? [22:20] Anyway, I don't think I can help any further. The BadBot page above has several things you can try [22:23] cjwatson: no worries. I will work it out [22:25] good luck [23:03] cjwatson: fyi, new firefox profile works fine. I shall take this as an opportunity to do a profile spring clean and only copy over the things from my old one that I really need. doing this every so often is no bad thing ;) [23:04] thanks
