[00:37] <superkuh> You install and reboot and just nothing happens?
[00:37] <superkuh> You get partway and it errors out?
[00:38] <rdbruder> 1st - boot on live usb created with the ISO.
[00:39] <rdbruder> 2nd - the installation process reach about 75% and nothing happen
[00:41] <rdbruder> I think now that is very slowly. 
[00:42] <rdbruder> I'm waiting....
[00:43] <superkuh> USB installs do take forever.
[00:43] <superkuh> Especially if the buffer on either device fills up.
[00:46] <rdbruder> The problem is that we don't see what is happening
[00:47] <rdbruder> STOP/FREEZE/RUNNING?
[00:48] <superkuh> I'm trying to think of how you could check if it's still going.
[00:48] <superkuh> I guess you could switch to a different tty and then check with top.
[00:48] <superkuh> But that might crash the install.
[00:50] <rdbruder> The progress bar stop moving... the cursor is that rounded ball...
[00:56] <rdbruder> This is the n-time i try Ubuntu-Mate by they ISO Live Installation. I do the minimal ISO and choose Ubuntu Mate. This is a sad history... Somebody test this things?
[15:48] <bigpod> while installing ubuntu mate isnt something we cover as a use case installing on USB is gonna take forever and might fail also it isnt recommended
