[16:43] <bahamat> OK, so last week I was asking about wifi on 18.04. I decided to just shave that yak and start over on 20.04.
[16:44] <bahamat> On the SD card I put a network-config for using wifi only, and when the system came up it failed to bring up the interface.
[16:44] <bahamat> A bunch of other stuff dependent on the network failed on the way up too.
[16:45] <bahamat> After it booted, I logged in and ran `netplan apply` and the interface came right up. I reset cloud-init and rebooted, and everything worked normally.
[16:45] <bahamat> Is there something that needs to happen during the initial boot for the wifi to come up that isn't?
[16:48] <bahamat> Like does it need to copy firmware somewhere or something?
