[03:34] <guiverc> sorry I'm getting threads mixed up (i've read & replied to many)..  launchpad or ubuntu-bug is for *deb* packages and not snaps.  hold on
[03:36] <ubuntu-tester56> oh alright. yeah the issue I mentioned is with only with the snap version of thunderbird... the deb works fine.
[03:36] <guiverc> if you type `snap info thunderbird` you'll get info ; including CONTACT which shows where to report..  it'll go to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ImpishIndri/Beta/Kubuntu#Known_issues which has a REPORT BUG link online allowin you to report a bug on launchpad for that 'snap'
[03:37] <guiverc> that snap IS tracked on launchpad it turns out; but cannot be reported via ubuntu-bug (which will report against a deb package)
