[18:41] <skywalker> hey guys, i am using packer to build a gcp image based on ubuntu. at the end i run an apt-get -Y upgrade. turns out that cloud-init is being updated, and that messes up with the os-login of machines created with that image
[18:41] <skywalker> if i simply exclude cloud-init from the upgrade, it all works. is this a known issue?
