[23:08] <xu-irc70w> When I use neofetch it brings up saying my OS is ubuntu and uses the ubuntu logo ascii art although xubuntu is recognized as a distro with it's own art in neofetch, is there something I can do to change or fix this?

[23:12] <xu-irc70w> I looked up a bit and a suggestion was to edit my grub.cfg but I was a little scared of doing that so I decided to ask here first. And alright, I was just wondering if I did something wrong during installation or something. I'll look into neofetch options specifically. thanks

[23:15] <kryten> xu-irc70w: Definitely don't edit your grub.cfg for this!  In the Neofetch issues on GitHub I've seen mention of their own config file though.  Also, what Xubuntu version are you on?
[23:18] <xu-irc70w> well I just downloaded it, seems to be xubuntu-20.04.3-desktop-amd64, in neofetch it comes up as Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTSx86_64 for the OS
