jamespagerbasak: looking at horizon which is the predominant django consumer from the openstack package set the current development version (yoga) is compat with 3.2.9 so I think that will be OK09:19

ahasenackI have a debian sid vm in my ubuntu host, and I want to run a dep8 test in that vm. I call autopkgtest as usual on my host, point it at the vm, but looks like debian's dpkg doesn't support zstd compression:14:12
ahasenackautopkgtest [11:02:50]: ERROR: "dpkg --unpack /tmp/autopkgtest.Ad67kC/1-autopkgtest-satdep.deb" failed with stderr "dpkg-deb: error: archive '/tmp/autopkgtest.Ad67kC/1-autopkgtest-satdep.deb' uses unknown compression for member 'control.tar.zst', giving up14:12
ahasenackdoes anyone have a trick handy to overcome that? I was thinking disabling zstd on my host for a moment, just to run this test14:12
ahasenackI am looking at dpkg man pages for now14:12

coreycbjamespage: fyi https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-xmlschema/+bug/1953363 - for pysaml2. I think it's also going to need python3-repoze.who Suggests restored.16:39
ubottuLaunchpad bug 1953363 in python-xmlschema (Ubuntu) "[MIR] python-xmlschema, elementpath" [Undecided, New]16:39
ddstreetslyon i think i have a few systemd bugs going but if you have something you're ready to release go ahead and sru what you have17:09
slyonddstreet: okay. I've pushed everything I got so far to the git repo. I might integrate some more things and release some SRUs towards the end of the week or maybe next week.17:24
bdmurraymapreri: xenial isn't really open for uploads17:52

jeroen___Hello19:07
jeroen___I was wondering if it would be possible to import nodejs-16 from debian-experimental for the release: https://packages.debian.org/experimental/libnode-dev19:07
jeroen___It seems stuck in Debian because it requires to update libicu, which seems tricky.19:07
jeroen___Currently Debian testing still has nodejs-12, which will be EOL exactly around the release of Ubuntu-22.04 https://nodejs.org/en/about/releases/. Hence it may be important to get this upgrade in rather sooner than later.19:08
ahasenackapw: hi, around?20:31
ahasenackapw: I wanted to talk about https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wireguard/+bug/189020120:31
ubottuLaunchpad bug 1890201 in wireguard (Ubuntu Groovy) "Depends on wireguard-modules | wireguard-dkms are inverted" [High, Fix Released]20:31
ahasenackis it safe to depend on "wireguard-modules (>= 0.0.20191219) | wireguard-dkms (>= 0.0.20200121-2)," now in jammy, or do we still need dkms first?20:32
