[00:38] <ven42> Yeah, I'm not sure why there's a discrepancy with Launchpad.  For example, in http://ubuntu.mirrors.tds.net/ubuntu/dists/focal-security/InRelease, it's showing "Date: Thu, 29 Jul 2021  9:20:41 UTC".
