KBarHi, Unit193. A follow-up to my previous question. After upgrading the Whisker Menu to the new version, I noticed that Xfce4 libraries were also bumped to version 4.16, which messed up my window decorations. I had to downgrade because of that, even though the Whisker Menu looks awesome and I loved it. I found these two commits: https://gitlab.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-whiskermenu-plugin/-/commits/main?search=horizontal08:07
KBarWould I be able to stay on version 2.4.3-1, grab the source code, apply just those changes locally and recompile? 08:07
Unit193You can pop the two patches into ./debian/patches/ sure.08:08
KBarAwesome. Thank you. 08:09
Unit193I mean I don't know specifically if those were work, but eh.  The panel doesn't search in /usr/local/ though so if you just compile it you'll have to set the prefix appropriately.08:12
KBarHmm, I see. Gotta keep that in mind. Thanks for the heads up.08:13
