"20.04 focal fossa" in the "Factoid" column on the web page means the factoid listed is named "20.04" and has the aliases "focal" and "fossa" - and yes, while it's currently such that the codename ones are aliased to the numeric one, it wasn't always like that or consistent in it; and also yes, the Bionic factoids had got two actual ones for some reason..
