[10:10] <guruprasad> iomari891, I am able to open the PPA URLs like http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/backports/ubuntu/ without any issues and I have some of the same PPAs enabled as well. So can you check if you can open that URL in your browser?
[10:10] <guruprasad> At the moment, it looks like it might be an issue with your internet connection. But will need more details to confirm.
