[08:00] <zxmpi> nah my main pi at the mo is an original rasp pi b with 512mb ram which i use for irc and rss and access via ssh.

[08:06] <zxmpi> irssi have tried 1-2 others way back when i first got pi but irssi is one i have stuck with

[13:04] <zxmpi> yeah. and some of the shortages have year long delays for some parts. 
[13:14] <davef> we appear to have a snowstorm going on over here. expecting 40cm snow in the city today.

[13:58] <zxmpi> i originally years ago set up current pi so i could rdp/vnc into it. but haven't used that in years
[13:58] <zxmpi> i'd run full fat raspian on a new pi 4 8g if i had one. they are great little systems

[14:03] <zxmpi> i could reset up current pi and remove a tonne of stuff i have installed over the years. but it just keeps working ok
