[07:56] Hello! Hope you are doing well. [07:57] I am planning to implement and maintain ubuntu mirror (archive & release). [07:58] Awesome! [08:11] is there any step by step guideline available  in this regard? [08:14] Not a 'copy-paste' manual as far as i know. Running a mirror requires some skills in a way... [08:15] https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Mirrors this is a good start i guess! [08:16] noted. [08:16] our country-mirror is already available but we also want the mirror to be listed in the ubuntu mirror list. [08:16] we have reserved the hardware resource and domain name as required. [08:16] is there any heads-up tips ? [08:17] I'd say a good tip is to make sure you monitor your mirror's sync/update process, so you don't silently drop from the mirror list because the prober found your mirror out of date. [08:20] we are planning bw traffic of 1Gbps and [08:20] as per regulation 4 times/ day maintenance checking
