[08:19] <enyc> If I'm not mistaken, ubuntu-derivative linuxmint 's update manager now detects if mirror not available or not up to date  and offers alternate mirrors  etc,  not noticed this myself in ubuntu's own updaters  but curious this niggle sorted here too! =)
