If I switch to other tty and type "startx", only then it will start. Same thing is happening on multiple computers with various HW, so it seems like it must be a quite common issue. [16:17] <mxxto> RikMills in what way would KDE need to support it? I was asking in the kalendar matrix and they said it's up to the packagers and they can't do much. I assume someone would need to package it for debian?

[22:39] <DaneGeld> Hi.  Can anyone help me to figure out how to configure my displays please?  I am using a VGA monitor to extend my workspace, but on startup, the config of both that and my main laptop display are messed up.  The configuration doesn't seem to be being retained upon shutdown.
