xnox | kees: we do build linux-raspi for armhf and it is used on pi's with less than 4GB of RAM. We do build linux (generic) for armhf, but i don't know if anybody actually boots it. In theory we have uboot and dtbs for some intersection of armhf things..... but in practice we don't provide installer media for them.
