[00:34] @Rick_Timmis do you think you can work on this a bit more? : https://phabricator.kde.org/w/kubuntu/release_workbooks/18.04_lts_bionic_beaver_workbook/installer/ [00:34] Not sure about getting it in for 22.04 LTS but we can try. [00:34] I would look at the current jammy daily ISO slideshow first. [08:59] @ahoneybun https://phabricator.kde.org/T15335 would not open for me [08:59] and of course I will vouch for you [10:32] Hey @ahoneybun Sure I can, leave it with me I schedule some time to provide some more narrative (re @ahoneybun: @Rick_Timmis do you think you can work on this a bit more? : https://phabricator.kde.org/w/kubuntu/release_workbooks/18.04_lts_bionic_beaver_workbook/installer/) [12:53] I need to make a new ticket I think cuz that's the wrong account [13:17] hi guys, i got this since yesterday when starting startup disk creator: An unhandled exception occurred: module 'collections' has no attribute 'Callable' [13:17] anyone els getting this on Kubuntu 22.04? [13:17] Maik: not tried it, but I would guess that the transition to python 3.10 broke it [13:19] RikMills: ah ok. [13:34] ok, done [13:55] Maik: hmmmm. they both start here [13:56] Can you post the bug report here? [13:57] LP: #1962862 [13:57] Launchpad bug 1962862 in usb-creator (Ubuntu) "usb creator crashes on startup" [Undecided, Incomplete] https://launchpad.net/bugs/1962862 [13:58] RikMills: weird that they start at your end, i also asked another user yesterday and it worked for him too. [13:58] I see this report: https://github.com/Datalux/Osintgram/issues/402 [13:58] Issue 402 in Datalux/Osintgram "AttributeError: module 'collections' has no attribute 'Callable'" [Open] [14:00] It kinda sounds like KDE doesn't want to give me the BNC access since I just work on Kubuntu and not the general KDE community. [14:12] same issue on my Pi 4 Ubuntu 22.04 install, before the update and reboot usb-creator was running fine [14:14] how odd [14:15] key think would be to test it on the iso, but builds of those have been broken for a few days [14:15] *key thing [14:15] I booted from one the other day. [14:15] I think the 2/28 build? [14:16] yeah, but the updates that could have broken this landed yesterday [14:16] so not on that ISO [14:17] and the last build on cdimage is from 1st march [14:27] Hi folks [14:32] hello BluesKaj [14:33] hi @ahoneybun [14:46] heyo === genii-core is now known as genii [19:39] RikMills: We upstreamed that bug: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=451056 [19:39] KDE bug 451056 in kwin "Kwin-X11 Windows Resize, Position, and Move Erratically" [Normal, Unconfirmed] [19:49] Eickmeyer: ty :) [19:50] RikMills: Yw. Hopefully it gets some attention. mmikowski and I realize it's a decent edge case, but it seems more like a regression than anything since it was fine in Focal. [19:53] fwiw, I'm running with forced 96 DPI, and the windows are working better, although there are still some glitches. I appears at least some of the problem is due to coordinate scaling via DPI or fractional screen scaling.
