[02:32] Is installing and uninstalling packages via synaptic supported on Kubuntu? [02:35] If so, I'm trying to uninstall a bunch of extra kernels on my system, switched from -generic to lowlatency hwe but I have like 10 extra kernels install, and when I select them to be removed completely some of the options want to install unsigned versions of the kernels that I am trying to remove....and it just hit me that there may be packages installed dependent on those versions. [02:37] Muon is the KDE equivalent of Synaptic and is pre-installed. [02:43] Thank you. [12:57] Hi all === Lord_of_Life_ is now known as Lord_of_Life [17:09] Can we install UEFI secureboot? Its not supported currently on my BIOS [17:57] no uefi bios = no uefi secureboot [18:38] Can we upgrade BIOS anyhow? Or i need to buy new machine [18:40] No. you will need to buy something new. [19:30] Why do you want uefi/secureboot? It's not more secure... :) === nara is now known as nara_ === nara_ is now known as nara__ === nara__ is now known as nara === Lord_of_Life_ is now known as Lord_of_Life
