[18:27] <blackboxsw> hey folks. https://code.launchpad.net/builders for amd64 seem  to be underwater in build queues given the recent release or kinetic and building packages for the new series. cloud-init has a number of daily PPA builder recipes that have been "stuck" for over 12 hours after an initial source pkg build. Do we generally know how long we should wait and where we should raise a flag to determine if build jobs need to be
