[16:38] <qqz> following the instructions I did at first upload it to hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com
[16:38] <qqz> then I registered the fingerprint at launchpad and got an encrypted email
[16:38] <qqz> I have decrypted that email with my key which did work fine
[16:38] <qqz> the key fingerprint in the decrypted message was correct and so I opened the url referenced in the decrypted message
