OvenWerkssoftware development is hard, focusing on bugs instead of new, exciting, features is hard, documenting software is hard. Add to that, most of this development is done by a mix of amateurs and people who have another day job and it is understandable.01:21

arraybolt3Hey, guys, I'm having a bit of a problem with Ubuntu Studio 22.04. I was using 21.10 a bit ago, but clean-installed 22.04 on my system and restored my files from a backup. Now, on 21.10, my GPU (an EVGA GeForce 1050 Ti) was very fast (200+ FPS render speed in Kdenlive, ~5900 MH/s MD5 in Hashcat), but after installing 22.04 and installing the proprietary drivers and my apps, my GPU is working at less than half speed (~70 FPS render speed in 06:21
