[18:39] <user|9> No, Startup Disk is not included in Kubuntu.  It seems it's going to be the dd command, if I can figure which of the hundred versions is the right one.
[18:41] <arraybolt3> user|9: Try installing usb-creator-kde. Do "sudo apt install usb-creator-kde" in a terminal - that should install it for you.
