[15:54] I can't find them in https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qt6-base nor in https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=qt6-declarative-dev for instance [15:54] RikMills would you know? [15:58] webchat42: I guess that would be the multiple qml6-module-qtquick-*.something packages [15:58] https://packages.ubuntu.com/source/kinetic/qt6-declarative [15:59] e.g. https://packages.ubuntu.com/kinetic/amd64/qml6-module-qtqml/filelist [15:59] err. Basically few seconds after login into the Plasma, the mouse cursor starts stuttering and then the system will freeze completely (mouse frozen, no CTRL+ALT+ F2, even the SSH server on background freezes). Its X201 laptop with (Intel GPU). It happen even with the live CD. Kubuntu 21.10 was ok, though. Any ideas, please? Is there any log that will survive the reboot I could check? Thanks y [20:51] Sounds like a kernel lock up, Not sure how to troubleshoot them, I think https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magic_SysRq_key might work, quickest fix would be to downgrade your kernel [20:54] Pixel: How much RAM does your system have? The mouse cursor stuttering sounds like this might be thrashing. [20:56] 8GB of RAM and plenty space on the harddrive (re @IrcsomeBot: Pixel: How much RAM does your system have? The mouse cursor stuttering sounds like this might be thrashing.) [20:57] Pixel: Crud. No way that's thrashing then. [20:58] Might be Baloo [21:01] Thanks for this, I'm playing with Magic SysRq now :) (re @IrcsomeBot: Sounds like a kernel lock up, Not sure how to troubleshoot them, I think https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magic_SysRq_key might work, quickest fix would be to downgrade your kernel) [21:04] balooctl status (on second tty) is saying that Baloo currently is disabled (re @IrcsomeBot: Might be Baloo) === alban is now known as help === help is now known as m3fisto
