yurtesenGood morning05:31
crazy_imphi, i'm using the automated install with user-data. the system installs fine while using the image on an usb stick or as virtual cdrom in virtualbox. updating (grub entry with loop device to access the iso and `toram` parameter for the kernel) from within the system on the other hand does not work - it fails to acquire exclusive access to /dev/sda*.11:59
crazy_impuse the early command to check for anything accessing the disk and partitions - nothing11:59

HelenahI'm on 20.04, expected behaviour: "Upgrades to 22.04" https://termbin.com/b3y513:30
murmelHelenah: the upgrade is still not being offered, so they can first fix bugs, before enterprise and people who want a stable OS upgrade. If you really want do 'do-release-upgrade -d'13:35
HelenahAh!13:36
HelenahNow I understand, I'll skip the -d part and wait. :) Thank you13:36
tomreynHelenah: these messages are indeed somewhat cryptic, but fortunately there are (22.04) release notes.21:27
