[17:41] <MatthewPocock[m]> ok, and the pulse audio volume control doesn't seem to know anything about any outputs either :(
[17:41] <MatthewPocock[m]> so something has broken when I installed studio - I have no idea what to try

[17:56] <JochenWonttell[m> maybe it's start would be to open a terminal and type lsusb to check if the keyboard is recognised by the system at all
