[03:52] <guiverc> thedoctar, you could always file a bug report against a package & clearly mark it's a 'request for feature', but for a LXQt change it maybe best filing upstream with LXQt.. but don't forget LXQt = Light Xorg Qt... and changes such as time of day changes add weight & work against the 'Light' aim so may not go over well (upstream)
