[17:28] <daftykins> their # tests as being capable of 100/20 - a tier that you don't even have in England... but i think maybe an old copper pair that runs back to the Exchange rather than one via the MSAN has been used

[17:30] <daftykins> every step with the telco has been hell this year, as soon as you deal with engineers it's great because they always know what they're doing, but the back office and business department stuff has been like pulling teeth - tee-hee (dentist client)
